This Terms of Service & Privacy Policy describes how Erin Estancias deals with the personal data that we acquire through the use of our website. We will only process and use information about you in a secure manner and only for the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. Our processing and use of personal data are in compliance with applicable law and regulations: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Erin Estancias  (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.erinestancias.com/ (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
 

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

You may browse the Website anonymously. However, there are three types of data we collect, and which all require your explicit permission:
 

1.1 Email information: you might contact us via our email service (https://www.erinestancias.com/contacto) in order to receive more information regarding a Project listed on the Website. When contacting Erin Estancias, you consent to provide your personal data, including but not limited to:

• Name;

• email address;

• phone number;
   

1.2 Projects: In case you accept Erin Estancias to provide the services stated in paragraph 2, we will require more detailed information in order to accomplish the Project. All Projects are performed only with our three official partners (see paragraph 3.1), with whom we will have close contact to provide the best service.
Personal data is only collected or processed if you give this information voluntarily within the scope of an application request. 
 

If you provide Erin Estancias with any personal data relating to a third party, by submitting such information to Erin Estancias, you represent to Erin Estancias that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide Erin Estancias with such personal data for the purposes stated in paragraph 2.

You shall ensure that all personal data submitted to Erin Estancias is complete and accurate. Any omission or failure to do so may prevent Erin Estancias from fulfilling the purposes stated in paragraph 2.

2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Erin Estancias uses personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Services, together with our Key Partners & Coordinators (see paragraph 3.1);

• to personalise User experience and respond to individual needs;

• to improve and receive feedback on the Website;

• to improve customer service and provide support services;

• to process interest in a Project;

• to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

• to send private emails, including but not limited to Projects, news, updates and related information. 

 

3. DISCLOSURE

Erin Estancias and TYEurope will NOT share your data to any third party for any marketing purposes. 
Erin Estancias may disclose your personal data (stated in paragraph 1.1 & 1.2) only to our official partners (see paragraph 3.1) in connection with the services provided by Erin Estancias on the Website, on condition that the disclosed personal data is kept confidential and not further disclosed. 

The security of your personal information is exceptionally important to Erin Estancias and we use security technology and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

3.1 Erin Estancias only shares your personal information via email with the following Key Partner organisations in other countries on the basis that anyone to whom we pass it protects it in the same way we would and in accordance with applicable laws:

Erin Estancias may disclose your personal data for legal purposes (including but not limited to compliance, enforcement of legal rights and obligations and to obtain legal advice).

Erin Estancias employs security measures to protect your personal data. All personal data collected on the Website is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into the gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights who are required to keep the personal data confidential.
 

4. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Erin Estancias will not share the data you provide to us by email or by processing a project to any other third parties than our Key Partners & Coordinators (as stated in paragraph 3.1), and for no other purpose than to perform the services stated in paragraph 2.
Erin Estancias does not share or sell your personal information with any third parties for direct marketing purposes.

 

5. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

Erin Estancias and our Key Partners & Coordinators may use automated means to collect information about you, your computer or other devices, and your use of the Services. These automated means include technologies such as cookies, Web server logs, Web beacons, or JavaScript.
 

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use cookies and web beacons, which are small files placed on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device, to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns.

We also use cookies and web beacons to access information to keep you logged in, and to store a limited amount of behavioral data.

The data automatically collected from cookies and web Beacons may include information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language) and details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data and logs, page views, length of visit and website navigation paths as well as information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address and how you interact with our Service. We collect this data in order to help us improve our Website, the Service and the user experience with our Website and Service.

 

ErinEstancias currently does not support Do Not Track signals set by your browser because there is not an industry or legal standard for these signals. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

The information we collect automatically may also include statistical and performance information arising from our Customers’ use of our Product and Visitors to our Website. This type of data will only be used by us in an aggregated and anonymized manner.

 

6. COOKIES

Erin Estancias uses cookies on the Website to record your usage patterns and trends and customize the user experience. Erin Estancias may engage third party service providers to assist in such purposes. 7. DATA RETENTION

Erin Estancias may retain your Personal Information (as well as your Users-of-Users Information) only for 6 months after the Service is provided, or as long as you explicitly inform us to not do it. 

We may continue to retain such Personal Information even after you cease to use any particular Services, as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes regarding our Users or their Users-of-Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements and/or protect our legitimate interests.

 

 

8. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may contact Erin Estancias at erinestancias@gmail.com to withdraw your consent to the use of personal data by Erin Estancias, following which Erin Estancias shall cease to further collect, use and disclose your personal data.

You should be aware that the withdrawal of consent may prevent you from utilising the services provided by Erin Estancias.

 

9. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 1st, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

Upon any amendments to the Privacy Policy, Erin Estancias shall update the Website and notify Users accordingly.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, shall be submitted to the competent court in Madrid, Spain.
